Miriam is a Consultant, Facilitator, Mentor, Design Coach, Trainer and keynote speaker with more than 20 years of professional experience in the Tech, Banking, Telecom, Energy and Food industry for large international organizations such as BNP Paribas Fortis, Liberty Global, Engie, Godiva Chocolatier, Google, Borealis Group, BP Oil to name a few.
She has creativity running through her DNA and is a natural born innovator and disruptor, a team builder and problem solver. As a serial entrepreneur, she helps startups to get fires started. She is a certified Facilitator for the Business Model Canvas developed by Alex Osterwalder.
She comes from an artistic and design background with over 20 years experience as a Human Centered Design Expert. As a designer, she holds certifications in Service Design, UX Design, Interaction Design, & Visual Design. She is also a Master Facilitator and founding member of IAF Belgium, where she plays with group dynamics and facilitates the best out of everyone to make the team steam ahead to a brighter future.
Today, she facilitates and trains in LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® methods in Korea and Canada. Occasionally she is a guest lecturer in Vienna at the University of Applied Science and Marketing – Green Marketing.
As a certified Lego® Serious Play® Facilitator, Miriam uses gameplay and simulations in all of her coachings and consulting work with a focus on incorporating fun and creativity into teamwork. Not only does she offer training and certification in LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® methods, she is also continuously looking for new ways to use LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® methods her work with client companies.
